Wednesday Night Family Fun!

Could you use a break from the stress of the week? Midweek Ministry is a great option for the whole family! Dinner is covered, the kids have a blast, and Mom & Dad can do anything they want!

FOR EVERYONE:
What do we mean, "dinner is covered?" At 6:00 sharp each Wednesday we serve a balanced, delicious family-style meal (with kid-friendly foods, of course), and anyone is welcome to attend. The cost for the meal is $3 per person, with a family maximum of $10. This is a great time to get to know people from the church, enjoy a dishes-free evening, and to spend time with your whole family together.

FOR KIDS:
KidsQuest is a high-fun, high-energy program at Weymouth Community Church on Wednesday nights. If you've got kids, or if you know any 4-year-olds through 6th graders in your neighborhood, this is for you! Kids play games, hear stories, sing songs, do hands-on activities, win prizes, and make new friends. And parents get some time to relax!

There is no cost involved with KidsQuest. From 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. we have tons of fun, and even better..it's fun with a purpose! Each Wednesday night our team teaches character qualities essential to success along with moral principles and stories from the Bible. KidsQuest usually runs from September through March, so mark your calendar! (Be sure to call ahead for specific dates/times.) Quality, loving nursery care for 0-3 year olds is available as well. Kids can begin attending KidsQuest on any week, so if they miss the kickoff, they are still welcome!

At 6:30 kids will be treated to an opening "rally" filled with upbeat music and hand motions, humorous stories, prizes, trivia, and drama. Then, splitting up into age categories, they'll rotate through three stations: Snack & Talk, Game Time, and Bible Time. It all concludes with music, rewards and announcements.

FOR TEENS:
Teens are invited for discussion and game time centered around the "7 Checkpoints" - key truths about life like authority, friendships, moral purity, wise choices and more. This is a great positive social opportunity for your teen to make some good friends and learn valuable life lessons. Have them bring a friend along!

FOR PARENTS:
We offer discussion groups that focus on important issues like how to raise a family in today's world, how to build a stronger marriage, God's design for romance, money management, or overcoming past hurts. These "iGroups" run at the same time as KidsQuest. Or, if you'd like to attend our church prayer meeting, that's available on Wednesday nights as well. Some parents like to stay with their children as they go through the evening, and that's fine as well. Last but not least, feel free to use the time to go out for some time alone (but don't forget to pick up your kids at 8!)

Also, we offer Christian Life Institute Bible Study classes on Wednesday nights, if you'd like to get involved in deeper Bible study.
